1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle
You will continue to have access until the subscription expires

2. Refund Policy

All payments made are generally non-refundable
Refunds may be considered only in case of technical errors or duplicate payments
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but money is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank
This process may take 5–7 working days depending on your payment provider

4. No Refund Cases

Change of mind after purchase
Partial usage of subscription
Failure to cancel before renewal date
